Perfect Pearls are pearlescent pigment powders specially developed
with a built in resin. Easily add shimmering highlights because there are no extra binders needed!
Works best on dark papers. Use Perfect Pearls dry or wet in many ways. Brush on dry or add water to product
luminous paints and glazes. Mix with watercolours, inks, acrylic paints, embossing powders and clay, for example.
For pearlescent fabrics combine with 'Perfect Fabric Medium'.
Contents - 2 brushes, 1 perfect medium pad and 4 pigments.
